Whether your SRT-4 Caliber is stock or running all the boost, this bushing fits the needs of an OEM replacement with softer OEM+ option along with going nearly solid plastic with the Solid option.
Made of 6061 aluminum with stainless steel and brass hardware. The housing is specifically dimensioned to add radial and axial preload to the PU insert to improve bushing rate linearity and reduce stress concentration, improving fatigue life. The inner metal is a large diameter to spread out the load instead of a thin steel sleeve. The OEM bushings rates were measured and referenced to provide multiple options to meet the customer’s performance needs while keeping NVH in mind.
You should ideally run the softest bushing you need to avoid unnecessary NVH. This design allows the user to easily swap bushings to tune the performance to their own preference. Buy a whole "tuning kit" with all 4 bushings for a discount on the full tuning set!
Bushing Rate Options:
- OEM+: 1.3x stiffer than OEM with a more linear rate to improve wheel hop without inducing significant NVH.
- Sport: 3x stiffer than OEM. Use for Intake/Exhaust/Retune setups or stock setups with aggressive driving. Expect some degradation to NVH.
- Race: 5x stiffer than OEM. For high power and aggressive driving setups.
